Grandt Contracting started in 2013 when Trevor Kraushar decided to venture away from the family concrete business towards his true passion, carpentry. Watching his dad and older brother both successfully own and operate construction businesses here in Kelowna, Trevor knew this was a tradition he wanted to continue but with his own spin on it. Grandt Contracting was born (originally as S&K Woodcraft) and for the first couple years just operated with its only employees being a couple best friends who were passionate about creating custom quality work you just couldn’t find anywhere else.
As the years progressed so did our crew, skills and portfolio! We have graduated from only doing small projects like shops, sheds and playhouses to also doing large scale developments like townhome complexes and commercial buildings. What we strive to do at Grandt is bring that same level of enthusiasm and expert craftsmanship to both our large-scale jobs as well as our small ones.
Trevor started Grandt Contracting in 2013 and never looked back. Trevor is a red seal carpenter, who’s eye for design and attention to detail makes him successful at both creating beautiful small projects like shops and sheds and excel at large scale builds as well.

Jeremy is a red seal carpenter who has been with Grandt Contracting since the beginning. Jeremy has spent a large amount of his career running large industrial builds and suspended slabs and is always looking for a challenge. His ability to train our new trades people and grow our apprentices into journeymen carpenters makes him the perfect foreman for any job. Jeremy’s wealth of knowledge and dedication helps motivate our young workers to become outstanding carpenters.

With 16 years of experience in the construction industry, Will has built a solid foundation in managing both residential and commercial projects. Known for his leadership, attention to detail, and efficiency, he effectively addresses challenges and delivers quality results. Will is currently preparing to challenge Red Seal certification as part of his commitment to ongoing professional development.
